I made my first pinhole camera when I was 8 and fell in love with photography, I knew that was what I wanted to do with my life. After completing my studies at ACCD in Pasadena as the youngest student enrolled, to date, I moved to downtown New York City and I have been here ever since. Refusing to be pigeonholed, I seek to wander back and forth across the fine line between art and commercial photography. I have been lucky enough to have extraordinarily varied experiences, to shoot many interesting subjects, and my work has appeared in too many publications to list, all around the world.
I like to strive for clarity and simplicity in my photography. It is my experience that through communicating basic ideas with both my clients and viewers, the strongest, most beautiful, and most useful work is created. I work in many different genres, with very diverse clients, and I am always interested for opportunities to grow my experience and challenge my creative eye.
As a way to stretch my creative wings, I have also worked in marketing, design, and have worked in the conference field, producing the TED Conference for 15 years, and consulting with Fortune Conferences and the WTN. This has helped me to stay abreast of the latest technologies as they relate to art and design.
